SalaryThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Bookkeeper at Elite Heating & Air Conditioning located in Voorhees, NJ. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing company finances, maintaining accurate and complete financial records, managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards. The Senior Bookkeeper will also be responsible for supervising and training junior bookkeeping staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team environment
- Experience with supervising and training staff
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
