Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers phones, transfers calls and takes messages.
- Provides general customer service to all callers and visitors.
- Prepares outgoing mail and FedEx packages.
- Sorts incoming mail and packages daily, delivers correspondence.
- Assists with organizing and distributing office supplies.
- Maintains a neat and tidy reception area that exhibits a professional, comfortable general front office atmosphere.
- Performs other clerical duties such as assembling learning and development materials.
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers and project positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and email/written with good phone etiquette
- High level of confidentiality, maturity, and discretion.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Must be able to meet required deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
