Law Office Receptionist (Bilingual-Spanish)

Your duties: Answer calls and take messages; schedule consultations; save and organize documents that our clients provide; copy and scan cases.

Assistant is needed for English to Spanish translations for an immigration Law Office 40hrs a week Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. This legal assistant will work with just one attorney and staff to assist in meeting clients and performing secretarial tasks.

Required: Must speak Spanish fluently.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, postage machines and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Employee must be able to work an 7-hour workday between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma
• MS Office
