Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Address inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate resources or personnel.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient front desk operations.
Qualifications:
- English & Spanish
- Good organizational
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
