TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative / Receptionist
DEPARTMENT:Customer Service/Operations
OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Support position’s primary responsibility is to support sales and operations goals by providing quality Customer Service; as well as, order processing and general reception duties.
RESPONSIBLITIES
· Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability and status of order, invoices, shipment status, return items, etc.
· Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
· Understand and perform established Order Processing, Sales & Operations policies and procedures to provide excellent treatment to our customers.
· Respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
· Understand and support established Sales & Operations policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
· Liaise with sales team to provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
· Continuously monitor and evaluate Customer Service metrics to identify areas of improvement
· Pull back-up documentation for shipments.
· Screens calls and answers general questions with information
· Receives and announces guests, directs guests, offers beverages and assists with the general office "flow".
· Distributes mail daily upon its arrival.
· Assists departments with clerical needs as needed.
· Maintain receptionist area.
· Assist with meeting coordinator with snacks/lunches/dinners for meetings.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
· Dependable and punctual.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Industry-related logistics experience a plus
· Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Minimum 2 yrs of receptionist & Customer Service experience a plus
· Speak and Write Spanish Fluently - Required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
