Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires someone who can warmly welcome customers, provide exceptional service, and engage in sales activities with enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be organized, outgoing, and passionate about technology, with a knack for multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly assistance upon arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Schedule repair appointments and effectively communicate service details to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Diagnose electronic devices accurately and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Operate the cash register with precision and process payments efficiently.
- Promote and upsell accessories to enhance customers' device experience.
- Sell new and preowned electronic devices, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Create engaging social media posts to promote our services and engage with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and remain upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is a plus.
- Ability to work on a commission-based structure.
