A well-established Immigration Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Secretary/Receptionist.
Ideal Candidate possesses the following:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Mail.
- Pleasant, professional phone manner, courteous disposition, great people skills and pay close attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior law office / immigration experience preferred but not required.
- Must have legal permit to work. Opportunity for growth within firm.
- Comfortable creating social media content, being on radio shows, making TV appearances, etc. for firm marketing.
- Willing to adjust schedule as needed to meet firm needs.
- Can work as a member of a larger team with locations across the US and in other countries as well.

Salary Range: $8.00-$15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
