We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff
- Transcribe notes and messages accurately
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Skills:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Customer support experience is highly desirable
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Attention to detail, including proofreading skills for written documents
- Familiarity with office management procedures
