CHAMPION HOME HEALTH CARE is hiring an ASSISTANT SCHEDULING/STAFFING COORDINATOR Full time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm to start IMMEDIATLEY.
Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of clients and caregivers on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
H.S. Diploma or GED.
Prior scheduling experience at least one (1) year with references. But will train the right candidate.
Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel.
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Must be able read and write English effectively.
Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
Must speak clear English.
Must be able to provide exceptional phone presence and patience.
Ability to be a team player and also, able to work independently.
Knowledge of Palm Beach County area
RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:
Understands and adheres to the established Champion Home Health Care policies and procedures.
Creates and maintains caregiver/client schedules.
Enters scheduling data, creates schedules.
Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.
Enters caregiver and client information into database.
Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, provides reception and telephone help as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
