HR/ SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of human resources.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and employee relations activities
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping using Kronos or similar systems
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
