Position: Remote Home Health SchedulerAdministrative Assistant
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Remote) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $17 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
Benefits: Paid holidays off (no current benefits)
Potential for Full-Time: As the individual and company grow Responsibilities: ✅ Efficiently schedule Home Health care appointments and coordinate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. ✅ Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records. ✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services. ✅ Utilize technology and scheduling software to enhance productivity and streamline operations. ✅ Provide administrative support to the Home Health care team as needed.
Requirements: ✅ Proven experience in scheduling within the Home Health care industry is essential. ✅ Tech-savvy with proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools. ✅ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ✅ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ✅ Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
