```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including sending out invitations and managing RSVPs
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system for paper and electronic documents
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
```Requirements```
-Must have knowledge of Quickbooks and payroll systems
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g. computers, printers, fax machines)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
