Scheduling Assistant
The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for scheduling all new incoming jobs and service requests for a full-service landscaping company. Employee will be trained on our scheduling software.
Essential Functions
- Schedule new production jobs and service requests
- Coordinate scheduling with new-home construction builders
- Work with team to schedule irrigation and landscape crews daily
- Respond to high volume of emails and phone calls
- Order materials and track inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets) including typing
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- High level written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player
- Spanish speaking a huge plus
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
