```Job Summary```
I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to be my Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support in a variety of areas related to my different business endeavors including recruiting, organizational consulting, vacation rentals and the sale of vintage merchandise. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and business interests simultaneously.
```Duties```
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email and phone communications and data entry
- Assist with special projects, tasks and events as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a must
