Duties will include:
- Professional communications via email, phone and in person with other organizations, potential residents, providers, donors, healthcare workers and more.
- Work with your team to complete, document and keep organized all the paperwork and forms needed to meet the needs of the organization.
- Work diligently to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Assist in the cooking and serving of meals.

The right candidate needs to be able to:
- Regularly use cleaners while fulfilling the requirements of keeping the environment safe and clean.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to forty (40) pounds.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, listen, see with good depth perception and use basic office equipment.
- Occasionally drive the residents to appointments - A valid drivers license is a requirement for this job.
Desired Qualifications are:
- Experience with homeless people or similar population
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The Ability to organize and meet deadlines
- The Ability to maintain a calm and supportive presence during confrontational situations.
A high school education or equivalent is required.
