As a Construction Assistant, you will provide support to our construction projects and assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Duties:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Help with project scheduling, including tracking progress and updating project calendars
- Aid in project management tasks, such as monit
- Occasionally support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and ordering materials
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing documents and maintaining records
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
