Mayhew-Ormond Beach is looking to employ a Scheduling Assistant to work closely with the Buyer/Planner, Inventory Control and Production to coordinate releasing and scheduling work orders through work centers to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Buyer/Planner on any order change revisions, cancellations, or priority changes that affect released work orders.
- Work with production leads to identify and resolve stalled work orders.
- Assist in reviewing and correcting work order transaction variances.
- Assist in creation and issuance of work orders with quantities defined by the buyer/planner and coordinate with the buyer/planner to ensure that enough purchased material is on order to satisfy any created work orders.
- Coordinate with the buyer/planner to follow up on past due POs and other PO statuses.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; two to four years related experience preferred.
