Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our legal team in managing cases and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the legal field.

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in managing legal cases from start to finish
- File and maintain documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings and other court filings
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Passion for client service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
