Legal Assistant/Case Manager

Job Summary:
We are a established Personal Injury Firm located in Glendale, CA. We are seeking a enthusiastic legal assistant to join our team. Spanish is not required, however preferred.

Candidate would be responsible for:

• Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation
• Obtaining evidence such as traffic and police reports, pictures, intake etc.
• Monitoring clients' medical treatment
• Collecting medical records and bills
• Engaging with clients regularly
• Opening Medi-Cal & Medi-Care claims
• Etc...

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a personal injury firm.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using legal research databases and software applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
