Key Project Management Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success and foster positive relationships.
Key Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal leadership events and meetings.
- Handle calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and accurately record meeting minutes as required.
- Assist with document management, including the preparation and distribution of professional correspondence and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and oversee contracts, licenses, and certifications for executives and visitors.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (including Project) and document management systems. Canva proficiency is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
