Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TRT clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
Sales Responsibilities: Assist doctors/nurses with closing sales and signing patients up for different programs and services. Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of TRT programs to potential patients.
Patient Experience: Focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation to treatment completion, maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance standards, ensuring that all medical and administrative processes meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage the clinic's budget, optimize revenue streams, and identify areas for cost savings.
Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and enhance the clinic's presence within the community.
Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that the clinic operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
