Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
- Functions as the system administrator and business analyst for the automated employee timekeeping function (Kronos).
- Oversees system and ensures accurate time and attendance, absence management and scheduling support for our retail, manufacturing and corporate locations across North America.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides complete system administration for the company? Kronos Workforce Management system.
- Runs Kronos reports, analyzes the data, and provides guidance on strategic directions (improvements, fixes, new projects).
- Works Remedy (support) tickets from key business owners.
- Collaborates with the brands to ensure appropriate mix of governance and assists with special project.
- Maintains system configuration and production, including the following:
- Device Configuration and Maintenance
- Kronos access issues
- Holiday Annual Setup
- Technical issues
- Interface Changes
- Table Mappings
- Configuration Changes for example: PTO Policy Changes, Pay Code, Pay Rule, Work Rule, Attestation
- Communication
- Function Access Profiles
- Reporting Hyper finds
- Develops and maintains detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
- Collaborates with users to provide technical support, solicits ideas for system improvements and ensures adoption and ease of use.
- Partners with Kronos to make configuration changes when necessary.
- Performs routine quality checks (including SOX Audits) to ensure data accuracy, system health and metric measurement.
- Runs regular and ad hoc reports to monitor and audit timekeeping entries and edits.
- Assists on and/or leads brand projects as needed.
