Clinical Lab or science Degree
Technical Call Center Rep/Hospital/medical Lab/Core lab/large Analyzers Trblshooting diagnostic lab equipment
27650 33-36.00 an hour w2 contract 01/16/2023 to 07/16/2023

Prior medical device implementation or lab technician experience
§ Answer phone calls to our busy Technical Call Center
§ Serve as a first point of contact for our Customers
§ Provide remote technical support for client’s highly complex diagnostic products, instruments and assays
Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent science degree
§ Associate degree with 2-3 years lab experience will be considered
§ High School diploma is NOT sufficient
o 2-3 years’ experience in a medical laboratory, hospital laboratory preferred
§ Lab experience in a classroom setting is NOT equivalent
o Experience using diagnostic laboratory equipment is a plus
o Available to work odd shifts, weekends & Holiday in our 24x7x365 Technical Call Center
o Good “soft skills” are a must as this is a Customer facing phone support role
o Local candidates preferred
o Others will be considered with prior experience with client diagnostic laboratory equipment
