What you’ll Do:
Lead Time and Attendance systems and integrations; including the maintenance of standard business processes, continuous improvement, compliance updates, and troubleshooting complex system issues.
Lead implementation of any future HR SaaS systems through full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical solutioning, systems integrations, testing, cutover and hypercare.
Minimum Qualifications :At least 5 years of experience with:
SaaS configuration in HR systems (ie, Workday, Kronos)
SaaS Implementation and Sustainment
Data security/privacy protocols
Knowledge of system integration protocols and standards (i.e. HL7, XML, JSON, SQL, JDBC, Java, DICOM, Boomi, etc.)
Technical Understanding of APIs and interfacing between business applications
Project management tools, such as JIRA
Project management skills, including planning, managing resources, budgets, timeline, and deliverables
Knowledge of HR principles and processes
Working cross functionally and communicating with all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field
Certification in HR SaaS products (ie, UKG Dimensions, Workday, ADP)
Experience working in global environment, supporting multiple countries
Experience in workforce development principles, such as workload engineered schedules
