Position Summary:
Our HR Systems, Data, and Reporting Analyst will design, build, test, and implement Workday reports. They will work with the HRIS leader to understand the proposed design of the Workday solution and the impact of providing reports to users while partnering with the leader on gathering all requirements for all requests. In addition, they’ll be tasked with providing support by analyzing workday-delivered reports to determine whether current reports can be leveraged/configured or whether new custom reports are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies; constructs and maintains reporting in PRISM.
- Partners with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand report/data requirements, ensuring results meet the business needs.
- Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to leaders by translating data to an easily understandable format using dashboards and Discovery Boards.
- Works with HRIS security teams to define and create calc fields, security policies, and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization.
- Audits, monitors, and maintains data integrity in Workday and other HR systems.
- Assists in reviewing, testing, and implementing new system features/upgrades.
Requirements:
- Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Workday reporting fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and/or a minimum of two (2) years of HR data analyst-related experience, including the ability to understand the business requirements, and user needs and translate them into operational requirements.

The base pay for this role is between $67,000 and $80,000 annually. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. Benefits will be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and other benefits.
