Salary- MUST have 10+ years as Primary Responsibility of Bookkeeper.
- MUST HAVE 8-10+ years experience as Primary Responsibility for all G/L activities
- This is an on-site position for Full Charge Bookkeeper in small company environment.
- Opportunity for you to set your own schedule/Flex Time / Flex Days / Flex Hours, Schedule your own time off.

- Monthly financial statements
- Maintaining the General Ledger for several entities
- Performing Bank Reconciliations on multiple accounts weekly & monthly
- Monthly Payroll checks , quarterly reports to CPA
- Writing checks, ACH, Wire transfer to vendors
- Posting deposits
- Updating A/P Invoices & Vendors
- Updating A/R Customer Accounts & Sales Invoices
- You are not required to collect on any A/R
- Sales tax reports on an annual basis, we have very few.
- Maintain insurance accounts, renewals & reporting
- Experience in Manufacturing a product is preferred, but not required.
- 1099’s done yearly

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
