Sr. HR Technology Analyst is an integral part of technology support strategy. This position will own technical support for the UKG Payroll/Core/UTM and ensure that business objectives and initiatives are operationalized with the best possible technological solution.
The Sr. HR Technology Analyst will deliver enhancements, lead implementations and troubleshooting production issues through the lens of PARTNERSHIP, APPLICATION EXPERTISE and DATA FLUENCY.
Essential Job Functions
- Meet regularly with functional leaders to stay connected with business objectives and goals.
- Meet regularly with Data & Digital product managers and solution architects to ensure we are delivering optimal solutions.
- Partner with external vendor support networks to deliver solutions and issues resolutions
- Serve as the technical feasibility consultation for various business initiatives
- Actively work with other analysts on the team to assess cross functional/application impacts.
Application Expertise
- Stay informed on feature releases on the various applications utilized by the business.
- Implementation of system enhancements
- Triage and resolve application issues
- Proactively offer technical solutions for business challenges
- Effectively translate business objectives into technical requirements
Data Fluency
- Understand data design impacts to current system and other ancillary systems.
- Generate ad hoc reports or create existing reports within our system(s)
- Design solutions that adhere to the data governance model
- Troubleshooting systems integration
- Understand data usage and impacts within HR/Business Support
Education/Certifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in information systems management
- Prefer certification in application systems management or PHR
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- 3 yr min of UKG Pro Core/PY/UTM configuration experience
- 5 years of overall enterprise applications support experience
- Functional domain knowledge in payroll and timekeeping
- Experience in report writing and dashboard creation
The US base range for this contract position is $45-56/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
