Quality Staffing, Inc., also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search, a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area's top companies, is looking for experienced Administrative Services Assistants (level 1) working with the Tennessee Department of Human Services located in Memphis, TN. This is a hybrid 1st shift position working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty in relieving an executive of administrative detail and performs related work as required.
- An employee in this class routinely performs general assignments to relieve an executive of administrative detail and other duties which do not require his/her personal attention.
- Attend meetings as required to gain information.
- Handles routine correspondence including composition of replies and routes to the appropriate operating division for reply.
- Prepares non-routine correspondence as requested.
- Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary.
- Performs data entry, reviews electronic documents and Excel documents, compiles data and reports outcomes.
- Provides customer service in person, by phone, by mail or electronically.
- Assignment is a combination of in office and remote work.

Education:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; qualifying full- time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
MUST be local to the Memphis, TN area.
