Summary:
- under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty in relieving an executive of Administrative detail; and performs related work as required.
- An employee in this class routinely performs general assignments to relieve an executive of Administrative detail and other duties which do not require his/her personal attention.
- Attend meetings as required to gain information; Handles routine correspondence including composition of replies and routes to the appropriate operating division for reply; prepares non-routine correspondence as requested; Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary.
- Performs data entry, reviews electronic documents and Excel documents, compiles data and reports outcomes; Provides customer service in person, by phone, by mail, or electronically.
- Although posting is in specific county, candidates in neighboring counties are encouraged to apply as the reports to county office can be modified to the county of residence if warranted.
- Candidate must have access to internet services as this is not provided. Assignment is a combination of in office and remote work.
