Medical Records ASA Contract Employee Job Description

1. Auditing and importing medical record documents into the electronic clinical record per hospital procedure and policy.

2. Work with other medical records staff to ensure all patient records are current and organized.

3. Ensure all medical records are protected and kept confidential.

4. Proficient in information management programs and MS office.

5. Assist in the medical records archiving process along with various administrative duties as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Nashville, TN 37214: Relocate before starting work (Required)
