MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and co-workers.
- Educate patients, family members, nurses, etc. on proper use of DME
- Utilize company delivery software
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment
- Maintain a clean vehicle and complete appropriate maintenance/safety records
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Bring your expertise to help grow and solidify the business
- Deal with customer complaints and grievances as needed
- Communicate, train, adhere to, and ensure the adherence of the company’s core focus and core values
- Make recommendations and implement solutions.
- Ensure orders are dispensed according to specifications and quality standards are met.
- Keep up to date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
- Work with the Team to help strategize and plan the department’s future.
- Stay up to date on all company, industry, and insurance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Punctual and reliable
- We maintain a drug free workplace
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
