SalaryThis person will provide support to the sales staff, management, procurement team and customers. Generate order forms, quotes and other requests. Confirm and input orders. Investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist in resolution. Provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with incoming calls. Process daily deposit, enter accounts payable invoices (investigate discrepancies with purchasing department. Maintain an efficient work environment. This person will require excellent people skills, a positive and friendly attitude, motivation and ambition, able to manage time effectively and a professionalism in attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and communication with co-workers. They will apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, expertise in sales relations, ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales Team.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Salary depending on experience.
A degree/diploma is preferred, however an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will also be considered.
