We are looking to add a highly motivated, driven person to add to our team small office team. We are looking to expand our client base and this position would require organization, time management and someone that takes initiative. Position would require strong follow up with tasks and strict attention to detail.
We are looking to expand Business and need someone that is motivated and driven as the opportunities will grow with the correct effort put in. This business development position will assist our company with HR tasks including but not limited to the following:
Maintaining client relations, record keeping, payroll and billing prep, office management, audits, and multiple computer system tasks. Marketing with tasks, such as: utilizing marketing programs that we have, scouting potential new clients as well as setting up meetings with them and meeting as well as developing new strategies.
We are looking for a team player for a small but a steadily growing business. This is position offers flexible hours and bonuses as well as PTO.
2-3 years of experience and Associate's degree preferred.
Average of 15-30 hours per week. Multiple bonus opportunities as well as wage and hour increases based on performance. with the right effort, the opportunities are endless!
