Apply Job no: 2858 Category: Administrative, Onsite A P&G Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: Learn and develop capability in P&G's HR system, Workday. Collaborate with the P&G Iowa City's HR Recruiting Team Perform daily candidate administrative tasks (for technician, manager, and intern candidates) Collaborate with the businesses in Iowa City scheduling external candidate interviews. Contact and schedule external candidates for interviews Relay offer or rejection communication to the interviewed candidates Send weekly internal communication to the business leaders about their upcoming interviews and incoming new hires Initiate pre-hire contingencies for newly hired employees (physical, background, and drug screening) Provide frequent communication to candidates throughout their completion of pre-hire contingencies Configure appropriate start dates for new hire employees Assist with administrative duties during the P&G Iowa City onboarding week (eg: completing I-9s for new employees) Monitor and make any appropriate scheduling adjustments for the new hires during their onboarding week Other HR administrative responsibilities as assigned Must haves: Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously - to prioritize, park and react to changing requirements Able to work independently Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer oriented mindset Delivers Order to Cash (OTC) process end to end to our customers while adhering to P&G policy Delivers critical metrics including Service, Day Sales Excellent, delivery on time Responds to customers' requests & enquiries in a timely manner Collaborates with back end operations team and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed and dropped timely & accurately Analyzes customer order data to recommend differentiated solutions/service opportunities that contributes to organization's value creation target Participates in credit control communication Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Recruiting Coordinator P&G's freelancer opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
