We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled multi-tasker to join our legal team as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting clients and visitors
- Managing phone calls and mail distribution, including daily delivery of mail to post office
- Preparing documents for mailing and e-filing
- Processing payments
- Maintaining office supplies and organization
- Providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and standard office software
- Punctuality, reliability, and a hardworking nature
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to continuously develop skills
