Responsibilities:
- - Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service experience
- Typing proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Greeting patients (check in/out)
- Understanding deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.
- Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management.
- Assist Billing Coordinator with tracking patient visits and light data entry.
Additional Tasks: Laundry, cleaning patient rooms, and stocking supplies in patient rooms for providers. processing mail orders for herbal salves.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
