Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls - Manage calendars for multiple team members - Assist with project coordination, including tracking timelines and deliverables - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - File and organize documents both electronically and physically - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination Qualifications: - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor - Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines is a plus - Previous experience in a dental office is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
