CM3 Construction Group is a small business in Cedar Hill, TX. relocating to Richardson, TX. We are a general contracting company with construction projects all over the United States. - Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
