Administrative Assistant/Project Specialist
We are looking for a talented part-time employee to join our corporate staff of 25 amazing people who have worked together for many years. Crandall Corporate Dietitians is one of the nation's oldest and largest consulting dietitian firms working in the senior living industry. This is a 20-24 hour a week part-time position reporting to the Office Manager and the HR Director. The position is a combination of administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, making deposits, keeping the front office stocked and organized, shipping packages, etc. plus a variety of short-term assignments/projects that will allow you to show off your creativity and expertise.
The office is located in North Mesa and the hours are somewhat flexible. You will need a good understanding of Office 365 to be successful in this position including Word, Teams and SharePoint with a decent understanding of Excel. Other important skills include good customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with LinkedIn is a plus!
The hourly rate is between $22-24 an hour depending on experience. Bonuses are also typically paid twice a year.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative duties
- Answering phones and follow-up calls as needed
- Respond to email correspondence
- Making deposits
- Keeping the front office stocked and organized
- Shipping packages
- Variety of short-term assignments/projects that will allow you to show off your creativity and expertise
- All other tasks as assigned
Skills Required
- Ability to conduct themselves in accordance with the organization's vision, mission, and values
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Suite applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of tasks, schedules, and information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
- Must be self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Must be comfortable working alone and in groups
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills i.e. phone and email skills
- LinkedIn and other social media are a plus!
