Administrative Assistant/Copy Room Technician ( Onsite in Morristown, NJ ) ( Full-Time )
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Morristown, New Jersey
Salary: $40K - $45K base Salary
Must Haves:

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Morristown New Jersey
• Handle admin-related tasks as well as prepare and copy litigation binders
• coordinate with outside vendors and have effective communications with Attorneys for tasks.

• Print, scan, copy, document assembly, bind (2 machines), prepare and copy litigation binders with multiple exhibits.
• Coordinate with outside duplicating vendors; communicate with attorneys and may be asked to do other various tasks associated with copy room/mailroom services.
• Law Firm experience would be a plus
