The Administrative Assistant/Compliance Coordinator will oversee various administrative tasks such as ACC processing and working with maintenance requests. Additionally, this position will be responsible for performing compliance drives within the association. You will conduct property inspections, manage violation notices, and provide homeowner support. In this position, time management will be crucial as you work closely with the Onsite Association Manager in conducting the various day to day tasks and responsibilities for an Association.
