Major responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls
- Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
- Back various projects for other employees
- Greet and guide visitors- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Internet research skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
- Command of filing
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Proficiency in customer service
- Adeptness in Answering Inbound Calls
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
