```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to our placement coordinator, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Assist with event Staffing and coordination, and logistics
- Handle order entry and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the executive team, assisting with various tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Some childcare experience preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
-Must be able to travel on occasions.
