KWRCD seeks a full time Administrative Assistant (internally known as a Director of Experience - DOE) to serve as a day-to-day leader. At KWRCD, the DOE is the premier go to person here at our office. This individual keeps the office running at maximum efficiency with minimum disruption along side the rest of the Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, well-spoken, professional, computer savvy, creative, detailed, adaptable, and motivated to continually learn.
The candidate will be able to, and not limited to, complete the following:
- Welcome guests and answer multi line phone system
- Provide a stellar experience for the public, clients, and our agents
- Support and assist the Leadership Team
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is a plus. The candidate should additionally have advanced knowledge of formatting/document preparation in Microsoft, Google, and Canva.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.39 - $22.14 per hour
