Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist in the management of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal assistance, office management, and customer service.
Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the properties
- Coordinate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail forwarding
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with tenants and vendors
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
