Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organizational skills. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and edit documents and reports using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
