Billing Clerk

Job Description:

The Billing Clerk is responsible for ensuring that invoices are acurately prepared and for assisting the Accounting Manager with daily tasks. Attention to detail is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Prepares invoices for billing by reviewing purchase orders
• Accept work orders and print manifests and send to operations for scheduling.
• Track schedule and confirm completion.
• Processing credit card payments from customers
• Maintain customer files by entering info into database
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Billing and environmental contracting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Office 365, Sage Accounting, Terralink a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent problem solving abd date entry skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team envionment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
