- Sales experience of any level, comfortable and effective at selling

- Ability or desire to manage others and communicate with high level business leaders

- Familiarity, comfort with agriculture

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a growing Midwest Agency in search for a Property & Casualty - General Manager. As the leader, you will have the opportunity to take this division with its existing base and grow it to its fullest potential. You will have the opportunity to bring on other offices and expand the territory while leveraging the existing clients from the crop insurance side of the business.
