$16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative support
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files.
• Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, expenses, and other pertinent information.
• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with materials, delivery status, etc.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar industry or environment.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
