As the Administrative Assistant/Concierge for WesleyLife At Home Urbandale office, you will be responsible for:
- Answering the front door, greeting guests, and ensuring COVID-19 screenings are completed.
- Receiving packages and mail and delivering them to the correct team member.
- Picking up mail from the corporate office in Johnston twice per week.
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Directors including managing calendars and schedules.
- Gathering information and preparing reports.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and ordering lunches.
- Ordering office and snack supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements:
- Three years of full-time work experience providing administrative support to executives or managers is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
- Proven customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
